PURPOSE: To help people better understand each other in today's highly diverse workplace by identifying work behavioral styles and using this skill to communicate effectively with minimal conflict.

OBJECTIVE: To improve relationships both internally and externally through
communicating a trust and respect philosophy in responding appropriately to different behavioral styles. This results in improving morale, increasing productivity and building long-term trust relationships.
