How does that word hit you? I sure needed some Calm for awhile….a new place (I’m writing from a conference on the ocean in San Diego. It is perfect for Calm).

when you have a few minutes to slow down and breathe, I encourage you to take a few moments to reflect on the importance of calm in our lives. It is often said that calm is a superpower, and I really do believe this to be true.
When we are calm, we are better equipped to handle life's challenges and navigate difficult situations with grace and resilience. So, as you go about your day, remember to prioritize moments of calm and seek out activities that bring you peace and tranquility.
